Domestic Shipping Delivery in 3-10 Business Days
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and economically as possible. In-stock items normally ship within 48 hours, except during holidays. Orders placed during our holiday breaks are scheduled for prompt delivery as soon as we return. We appreciate your patience.
We ship via USPS because our experience has shown USPS to provide safe delivery at a reasonable rate. Packages will generally arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on your shipping location.
If you would like to confirm that an item is currently in stock, email us at email@example.com. Please keep in mind that we specialize in handmade jewelry so typically we don’t have large jewelry inventories on hand. Whenever possible, early orders are appreciated.
If you need to get an order delivered faster than USPS First Class Mail (3-10 business days), we offer Priority Flat Rate Shipping, which will generally arrive within 2-5 business days. Shipping rates will be provided during checkout.
Email Order Confirmations
When you place an online order with us you will receive two emails. The first will be your order confirmation and the second will be a delivery confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 for tracking information to generate.

Check Order Status
If you’re concerned about the status of your order, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will respond as quickly as possible. We do what we can to ensure a smooth delivery in a timely manner. However, from time to time packages get delayed or go missing during delivery. We take every precaution to avoid this from happening but when it does there is little we can do until the package is delivered or returned back to us. Thank you for your patience.
